A combination between kiosk, stair seats and view post. The kiosk is placed with the store facing the residential area and the small plaza. The sitting area is facing the shore with a beautiful view over Reimersholme. The view post on top of the kiosk works as a meeting spot, where you get a great view over the boardwalk
